Ways to Rest and Recharge

This week, Melina is spilling the tea about her favorite ways to rest and recharge - something we all need to take care of ourselves. When we feel rested, we have more energy, more patience, and more joy to share with the people around us. At The Arc, we believe everyone deserves to feel supported and included, and sometimes that starts with helping ourselves feel our best by taking time to rest and recharge.

Hi everyone i am here to talk about my favorite way to rest and to recharge is i like to do having a movie night because i feel relaxed by the end of the day just be comfy i go to bed at 9;30 until 5 AM we all need to recharge our brain for the next day. Rest is very important because for many many people don't get rest people that rushes getting things done dont recharge comes at nighttime then thaink thaink think think it becomes a lot of thoughts and feelings and turn off blue light. Also it is not good not getting rest. It can make us cry or putting us in the hospital. They say we need 8 hours of sleep and to recharge our bodies is very important for a lot of a lot of reasons and downright sick if we don't have enough rest !
