Ways To Stay Cool In The Summer

With the official start of summer being June 20, and summer heat really kicking in, Melina is sharing her favorite ways to stay cool and take care of your body. From cold showers to cozy pajamas and plenty of water, she’s reminding us how important it is to listen to what our bodies need, especially during these warmer months. At The Arc, we believe that staying healthy starts with small, everyday habits, and Melina’s tips are a great way to keep comfort and well-being a priority all summer long.

Without further ado…

Taking a cool shower, sleeping without too many blankets, having a cooling mattress, wearing comfortable PJs, drinking a lot of water and staying hydrated, those are ways to stay cool, and neck wrap. The biggest part is not passing out drink liquids is very important. For many people out there, they don't drink water and your body needs water to function is very very important for our soul. Water and Food is our fuel.
