Me and My Coworker/ Friend

Melina B is an employee at The Arc of Midland. She makes the office much more fun, and we love seeing her each day. Melina is authoring the blog, and “spilling the tea” about all sorts of things while sharing her perspective! Follow along as Melina posts each Monday for “Mondays with Melina.”

This week, Melina is sharing something close to her heart: what it means to have a good friend at work. At The Arc, we know how much relationships matter. When you have someone who understands you and supports you, it means everything. Melina reminds us that friendships like these are a big part of what makes our community special. These friendships are something The Arc strives to create through all of our many community building events!

Hi, I would like to talk about my bestie. In the picture are me and her. I work with her and I am friends with her. She is our Program manager. She's super nice and she is a top hit singer. She is all about crafts. She does craft nights with her friends. She is the best at helping people and giving advice.
