What I Wish People Knew About Living with IDD

Living with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD) doesn’t mean missing out. Melina wants people to know that individuals with IDD can have a safe home, meaningful jobs, and active, joyful lives in the community. At The Arc of Midland, we believe everyone deserves support and opportunities to thrive. From participating in programs to receiving advocacy in school or finding services, we’re here to help people live their best lives—together.

We want everybody to be involved in the community. We have outstanding programs for everybody to enjoy participating in our Activities we help encourage people to be out in the community .Living with a Disability is okay. We help guide people to live their best life like me ! If someone that is struggling in school we help with Advocacy for people. If people in need were here to get people help and find services ! Do not hesitate to call for help. We are all here for you !
