Family Vacation Up North

This week, Melina is sharing a happy memory with her family. At The Arc, we know how important it is to have people in your life who love and support you. For some people, that’s the family they were born into. For others, it’s the community they build over time, filled with people who are always there and care deeply. Melina reminds us that love, support, and connection come in many forms, and all of them matter.

Without further ado…

Hi, I would like to talk about who is in the picture: me, my 2 sisters and my brother in law, my parents and my new Nephew. My happy memory is that I love going on vacations with them. My all time favorite ice cream in the world is Lemon Poppyseed. We get it every time when we go on trips to Traverse City. And it makes me feel happy. I have a quote: My Family is everything!!!!

We also have good family friends, for a long time and they felt like family too!
