Free Activities That Melina Loves To Do

School’s out and summer is officially here!! This week, Melina is sharing her favorite free things to do. Her list is full of fun, but it is also a great reminder that you do not need to spend money to take care of your mind and body. Staying active, getting outside, and listening to what your body needs is something we can all benefit from, especially as we head into a new season with more free time and sunshine ahead.

Without further ado…

The park, swimming, Just dancing, Going on walks, getting smoothes, going to the movies, getting ice cream too. I enjoy going out to dinner not every night but once a good while but yeah i enjoy being outside.extra . I get excited when I don't have to wear a coat !

I love doing things. Because of my wellbeing so i am not being cooped up at home.not enjoying my life. Is not very healthy for our brain because our brain is active so when we are not we all can have early diseases in life. I know there's a ton of sickness out in the world. You don't let it control it over your life or we can't control it if everybody stays home with less sickness out there.we all gotta listen to our body. We don't wanna get other people sick if you overdo it is called reclasped . If you doing too much then feel super sick you don't want that because not everybody listing to our brain because it sends us messages there's sick or theres pain. We shouldn't ever ignore our brain. It is 100 percent okay to miss, is better than putting others in danger or at risk.
