This week, Melina is sharing her favorite tips about what to wear and how to dress for the day. She reminds us that when we feel good in what we’re wearing, we’re more confident and ready to take on the day. Dressing for the weather, staying comfortable, and choosing clothes that are respectful of others helps us show up for ourselves and for the people around us. At The Arc, it’s not just about what we do - it’s about how we support one another, respect each other’s space, and look out for our community behind the scenes.

Without further ado…

Is depending on the weather long sleeve or short sleeve make sure it matches is very important because when in the cold out no shorts because you can get sick easily making sure you have on long sleeve when its cold out. It is very important that you be comfortable. Don’t wear anytihng see through, showing your stomach,or hanging out of your top, or showing your underwear anything like that because it's inappropriate in public. If someone says hey your pants are falling down, hike them up and not ignore it because everybody is there to help you and to remind you. Trust me i get tons of reminders there's nothing wrong looking out for somebody. Our community motto is looking out for everybody and being safe. Nothing is wrong we all help everybody, help is what truly matters! Thanks is the bigger picture to think about, help other people as well show Sympathy
