TEAM - 9/23

This week at TEAM, we explored how our brain and body handle anxiety and discovered ways to cope and overcome it. Together, we worked through a detailed workbook that showed us different parts of the brain, explained how anxiety affects our bodies, and helped us recognize what anxiety might feel like. We also learned practical strategies and exercises for managing those feelings. To put what we learned into practice, we tried overcoming anxiety through art. Using clay, we channeled our anxious energy into creativity expression and ended up with some truly beautiful works of art. Join us next time!
