iCanBike Bike Camp 2025

What a week! We had 38 individuals attend camp this year, and over 50% learned how to ride a two-wheel bike independently.

iCanBike Bike Camp is designed to teach people with disabilities how to ride a bike where traditional training wheels have failed. Riders were encouraged every step of the way by supportive staff. iCanBike - Midland lasted for 5 days with sessions lasting for 1 hour and 15 minutes each day. Each rider persevered and learned more then just how to ride a bike - they learned soft skills, worked on their balance and transition times, got their bodies moving, and made new friends along the way. We celebrated the end of camp with a celebration tunnel walk-through, and also played arcade games. Every rider was sent home with a helmet, a booklet about Archie The Arc Dog riding safely, and a Bike medal. What an amazing week! Thank you riders, volunteers, and sponsors.
