The Arc of Midland partnered with Northeast Middle School students to obtain designs for creating this quilt! After giving students a theme of diversity, humanity and friendship each original design was drawn in black & white, combining the 6th, 7th, & 8th graders ideas. A special thank you to Ship Gunnar at Northeast and the entire student body !!! The designs were then fabricated from multiple quilting fabrics.
This quilt would look fabulous in your home, office, school, business, or community agency. The proceeds will benefit the Arc of Midland, a local non profit assisting people with developmental disabilities! Thank you to Dr. Lisa Davis for donating her time and creativity, and quilting this one of a kind piece of artwork to benefit The Arc of Midland! Tickets will be sold at a number of businesses and agencies in the community.
