Facilitation

The Arc of Midland has a number of individuals available to facilitate Person Centered Plans:

Michelle Vouaux

My name is Michelle Vouaux, I have been facilitating plans for over two years. I so enjoy being part of a team that helps individuals goals and dreams come true! Contact: vouaux@thearcofmidland.org

Carol Brown

As a member of the Facilitation Team since 2002, I have seen that Independent Facilitation focuses on keeping the Person Centered Plan truly Person Centered. I enjoy bringing together all of the folks who are important in a person's life and working with the person to have a meaningful life. The outcome is as unique as each individual. It has been exciting and rewarding to see how the process helps folks grow in their independence and quality of life. I have been a member of The Arc of Midland for 24 years. Mother of Alex, Tyler, Justine and Danny Brown. Married to Tim Brown for 27 years. Both Tim and I are avid gardeners. I also enjoy scrapbooking and clogging. Contact: ckbrown@chartermi.net

Anne House

I have been part of the staff at The Arc since 2003. As the Community Education Coordinator, my main job is to educate kids and adults so that they understand more about disabilities and recognize that all people are important and should be fully included in schools and in the community. When I'm not at the Arc I enjoy being with my husband, Jim, our 4 children and 3 grandchildren. I also enjoy reading, taking pictures and making jewelry. I love being a facilitator because I get to know wonderful people and I can help individuals recognize their dreams and create their goals for the future. Contact: house@thearcofmidland.org

Jan Lampman

I have lived in Midland most of my life, graduating from Dow High School. I also went to Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University. I love sports of any kind. I have trained in martial arts and competed in competitions. I belong to the Midland Rotary club and am active with youth exchange. I enjoy facilitating person centered plans and circles because it is fun to help people plan how they will work hard to achieve their own goals. I also am a good problem solver and enjoy helping folks figure out how to meet a challenge. Contact : Jlampman@thearcofmidland.org

Leah Hockaday

Ruthanne Kehr

I have worked at The Arc for almost 12 years and over that time have been blessed to have been involved in so many people’s lives.   I enjoy facilitation because it gives me the opportunity to meet some great people and also to use my knowledge and skills to help someone reach their goals and dreams.  I am the mother of four young children and I love spending time in our great community with them and my husband.  I love camping, reading, shopping, and scrapbooking.
